3. Lifestyle, not medical

BodyMaker is a lifestyle platform, not a medical service. It does not diagnose or treat disease and does not replace professional medical advice.

4. Billing, subscriptions & cancellations

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime online, and your access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. New subscribers have a 14-day initial refund window. Any separately priced third-party or one-time services already completed may be deducted at the value disclosed before purchase. After the initial refund window, subscription payments are non-refundable and are not prorated.

For appointments and one-time services: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, and completed services are non-refundable. Fees already incurred for laboratory, scanning, or other third-party services are also non-refundable once those services have been initiated.
